Job Role:

  1. Check model and drawings using the appropriate standards, codes, and contract documents.
  2. List model corrections found while checking. Model corrections will be marked on model comment sheets/ drawing check prints.
  3. It is expected that models and drawings should be checked once with no additional comments on the sign off prints.

  2. Generating Pre-Modelling RFI's and submitting to Project Manager prior to the start of the model.
  3. Submitting Post-Modelling RFI's to Project Managements prior to submitting drawings for approval.

  1. Incorporates the editing comments by the checker or client.
  2. Detailing out shop and erection drawings as per detailing standards.
  3. Editor should be responsible for the drawings they generated.
